Happy Joe's Pizza Eldridge

We walked in and wondered if we were to sit ourselves or just walked up to order. After figuring that out and ordering we noticed how dirty the place was. The windows on the doors were beyond disgusting. The bathrooms had now paper towels. Staff was just sitting around on their phones and or in the arcade. We were the only people in the place.I give it 2 stars because the one of the workers was very pleasant and seemed to care. He asked if we would like them to sing my daughter Happy Birthday. The others would not join in helping him sing. Just this pleasant, young and red hair kid did all by himself. Never will we return.

Tonight I orders a Large taco Pizza. They included no taco packets. None. Have to run back and get taco sauce while my pizza is getting cold. Last time it took 25 minutes longer for our pasta than they said when I ordered. Two strikes and you are out. There are plenty of pizza places to buy from.

I took my son to the lunch buffet for his birthday. Very limited selection of pizza- and it was cold. I won’t be returning to this location.

We went for the lunch buffet on Sunday, Feb,27th, 2022. What a huge disappointment. The ' 'buffet ' ' consisted of 3 medium size pizzas: 1 half 'n ' half pepperoni/sausage and the 2 others were recognizable. There was a tiny bit of limp lettuce offered to make a salad, there were croutons but no tomatoes or cucumbers for toppings. There were only 3 4 customers and they had to wait at the counter to get staff 's attention. There were no knives on the buffet, no napkins and we had to ask if they intended to out anything else out on the buffet. Eventually, a baked pasta showed up but the pasta was hard and the rest tasteless. For what we paid, we felt really shortchanged. I can see why business has fallen off and the place basically empty at lunchtime. We won 't bother patronizing this place again. '

Waited TWO HOURS for our pizza. It's barely warm and a complete mess. I was hung up on 4 times while trying to ask how much longer my pizza was going to take. Not happy. I took pictures of it in case management cares to see the disaster we received.
