Burger King - Elgin

I would recommend avoiding this place, especially if there are other customers in line. They seem to drive in front of you and behind you, so it's better to just walk over to McDonald's instead. The system here clearly struggles to handle more than one customer at a time, and they often become overwhelmed. In short, I won't be returning to this Burger King.

We ordered some original chicken sandwiches along with fries and onion rings. The service was good and the food was hot. However, the soda machine was quite dirty.

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. I don't appreciate being asked for something inappropriate, and my order came with three small patties on a large bun. Despite requesting that my meal be fresh, the only thing that actually tasted fresh were the fries.

Eating and service is far below the rubric. I'm almost changed every time I go there, I even reported the night ladder daniel with the smoker in the drive through the window.

Terrible customer service.They don't pay attention to the order, at the end I had to go back because they forgot to put my burger in the bag, they are very rude and the ketchup bags were open. They should close this place.
