I placed my order over the phone, and it was ready in under an hour! The food was excellent as well.

I really like this restaurant, but I have a serious issue with my last order of Mongolian beef. Instead of the expected dish, I received a mountain of onions with only seven small pieces of beef. If cutting costs on beef is the goal, then perhaps you should reconsider selling this dish altogether. I can't justify spending $11.00 for such a meager amount of beef surrounded by heaps of onions. If this is how the portions will be going forward, I'll have to find a more transparent place that respects its customers' orders. This isn’t about being greedy; I’m frustrated that I paid for a bowl of onions instead of what I originally ordered.

I have never ordered from this place and received my food in less and an hour and a half. My boyfriend swears by this place, but after once again a lengthy wait and having received cold food I had to microwave I called to complain. For an hour and a halfwait my food should at least not need to be warmed up. The manager hung up on me when I told her I thought she should callpeople letting them know that they can?t fulfill orders in the time they estimate, we would have canceled our order and orderedelse where. This was the last straw for me, we?ll never eat here again.

Food is Good..Customer Service not so good. Ordered my order adding items to my dish and taking out some items..in other words i special ordered My food to call when it was made incorrectly to be told that it WAS put in the meal very argumentative, when itwasnt...It WAS put on the receipt, OBVIOUSLY NOT read..I said no it wasnt and asked for a replacement order and was told I haveto bring the meal back today now or dont eat it and bring it back tomorrow?!...So yall mess up and I'm Hungry and Disabled andsuppose to go back?! After Knee replacement..Are you effin kidding me?!..In rush hour at dinner time..my order should have beenright first off and replaced at MY convenience, Especially since I was in there earlier that week where the food was delicious.I mistakingly left my debit card in there. Called that day searching for it to be told by a woman they did not have it...Went inthere today and was given the cancelled card...i dont even bother to complain anymore, just lose my business andreferrals...Today was just enough..and got the nerve to be expensive..Act upscale! I wont be back. Asked to add Bean Sprouts andasked for Extra...Not one...only Onions...But I was told they were in there? Why would i call? Some people are Great Customersand just want what they ask and pay for..Do better!

The sesame chicken was dry and overcooked, almost like it was leftover meat. I was charged an extra $3 for fried rice instead of plain white rice, but it was poorly prepared and not worth the cost. This is the second time I’ve paid nearly $20 for a large order, and both times I’ve been disappointed—the first being with the General Tso's chicken. On a positive note, the house lo mein is decent and seems to be made fresh every time, which makes it surprising that the other dishes don’t meet the same standard. Lesson learned.
