Kfc - Elgin

Absolutely terrible! Nothing tasted good at all. The potatoes were thin and lacking in flavor, the gravy was bland, and the coleslaw was just off.

It appears that they are unwilling to cook an hour before closing time. They seem to prefer customers to ask what is available rather than going through the entire menu, as many items are often unavailable or will take a long time to prepare. This leads to frustration, especially when we request items they do not have. For instance, when we ordered a combo, they also neglected to ask us what we wanted to drink.

The hunch, potato dish, and coleslaw were just okay. The service was average; don’t expect a warm welcome.

Ordered 3 pieces meal, came to the house and had only 2 pieces. plus no silverware included. the author was rude.

I ordered KFC through doordash and got the large chicken popcorn. It was literally inedible. It’s so hard to tell from the photos but they were rock hard. I don’t even think there was any chicken in really any of them, it was like just fried nothing. They were like nasty rock hard croutons. I broke apart the biggest one and you can see how disgusting it looks. I wondered how they could serve this to someone, but I realized it’s because it was Doordash and they think they wouldn’t have to deal with my reaction. I didn’t even know what to do it was so disgusting. Keep driving to the next KFC or go somewhere else. These people don’t value your money or care if you can even eat their food.
