Mcalister's Deli - Elgin

I love their salads and sandwiches! ??? There are so many different selections to choose from! #foodie #yum #lunchtime

Ordered a Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad thru Door Dash. Order arrived with no chicken. McAlister's said to call Door Dash, said it was not their problem. Door Dash offered $4.46 compensation on a $16.00 salad. Really really poor service from both companies. Will never order from McAlister's again. Not for personal consumption or for corporate events.

I went to order food at McAlister's and my sandwich looked like this only one side has cheese the other side didn’t have cheese the mustard tasted awful and the Sandwich looks more like a mess I would never go here again.I couldn’t stand the chance of eating this so yea I will not come to this place again.

Very good food and service. If you join their free rewards you can get a free cookie or tea. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. It’s strange the drink machine is behind the counter because they offer free refills but you have to keep interrupting the workers to get it. The only other downside was that almost every table wobbled. We even moved tables but couldn’t find one that was steady.

We are huge fans of McAlister's Deli in Elgin! The food is consistently excellent, and their service is always top-notch. Whether it's their delicious sandwiches, salads, or soups, we've never been disappointed with the quality.However, I must mention that there have been a few occasions where our pick-up orders were not quite right. While it hasn't been a major issue, it's something worth noting and super annoying. Despite this occasional hiccup, the staff at McAlister's is always friendly and accommodating.Overall, McAlister's Deli is still our go-to spot for a satisfying meal with great service. We'll continue to dine here and hope to see a bit more consistency with pick-up orders in the future. Keep up the good work!
