Pizza Hut - Elgin

We ordered online and fetched a supreme pan, a 3 tilted thin crust and 8 garlic wings. it was absolutely perfect excellent work people.

I never really post reviews but let me tell you something, they deserve it! My food was delivered to my doorstep in less than 20 mins (seriously) still burning hot and tasted amazing. Had the extra cheese and everything else I asked for. The delivery driver was even super nice! All around 5 stars!

So we ordered pizza on the way home this evening and when I arrived the status screen said my order was ready. But when I went to pick up, they couldn't find my pizza anywhere. I assume a different customer got it by mistake. So I had to wait for another to be made....BUT I'm giving them 5 Stars because I have never had an establishment be so NICE and apologetic for something being wrong. Multiple people apologized, they gave us free cheesy bread and a 2 liter. They were all really great about it and it was just a simple mistake. 1000% what customer service should be.

I’m giving 3 stars because even though our food was excellent and was delivered faster than we expected, we were charged extra for bacon and it wasn’t even on our pizza. Really bummed.

Ordered at 8:30 food hit the door step at just before 9. Bought the two pizzas with breadsticks and boneless wings. Everything was perfect! Will definitely order from here again. Keep this up. Domino’s won’t even have anyone left to answer the phone soon. They’re already canceling orders cause they’re short staffed.
