Pizza Hut - Elgin

I have ordered L.Handtoss veggies pizza and they didn’t cook well enough. it was raw dough, i’ll never ever visit that place again. Thank You for your great service. disappointed.

Put us on hold for over 10 minutes just for us to drive another 8 minutes to physically place an order... not a single person in the parking lot or store for them.. saw a dude in the back just having a seat

We ordered two pizzas, fries, and boneless wings. One medium thin crust buffalo pizza had toppings consisting of tomato, mushrooms, and green bell pepper. We received bell pepper, mushroom and onion instead of the Tomato. Because I’m allergic to onion I called them but I wasn’t upset because mistakes happen. But the man who picked up the phone was very rude and arrogant, I waited a long time for him to answer anything, after 10 min he said he’d send the right pizza and just hung up the phone with no apology or bye or anything. The two stars that I have are because the delivery guy was a very nice man and the right pizza is good. But someone should change the staff and managing team because they aren’t nice. They should be a little nice and patient but currently they act like we’re bothering them.Vojtech Cisar

Terrible! We placed an advanced order approximately 4 hours before we wanted it delivered. Then at the time we had requested it be delivered, I received an alert stating it would be more than 30 minutes before we received. When we called, the employee was rude, kept interrupting my husband with excuses, and unbeknownst to us cancelled our order. We only found out because we called the door dash driver who was just as confused but informed us Pizza Hut cancelled the order. We were trying to tell the employee we understood their limited staff but they also had 4 hours to notify us of delays. And to cancel our order without informing us is ridiculous!
