Had a lovely time here last night for my mum's 86th birthday . The food was great with large portions and tasty chunky chips ! The staff were very welcoming and attentive and went out their way to make it a special occasion for my mum by decorating the table with balloons, a banner and surprised us by bringing out some delicious cup cakes with candles and singing happy birthday to my mum. All unexpected as I only mentioned the birthday briefly on the phone when booking .

A lovely young man served me the pint! Toilets in pristine condition, I used 3 times an hour and they stayed clean!
