Chick-fil-a - Elizabeth City

Waited in line for 20 minutes and only 1 car in front of me. Ordered 8 piece grilled chicken and got 6 pieces. Fries not hot and not up to standards of most Chick-fil-A's.

2022 October 24, Drive thru and mobile orders only! Dining room and playground are closed First impression was as follows, Young ladies inside that work dinner hours are really good and professional. 2 days consecutively, the drive thru line was long,lot of cars and not moving very fast. On the 2nd day, we wanted to do drive thru but the line was too long, so ordered via app,went inside, picked up food from mobile online orders counter and it was not many people inside and the young ladies were fastand efficient. We ordered food inside as well and it seem like I got our food faster than others that were waiting in line. Oneof the young ladies went outside after she took my order and she closed the drive thru line a little after 9pm. A sign on thedoor said that they are open from 6:30am to 9pm.

Don?t waste your time going here. Having moved here in March of 2021 we were looking forward to having one close to the house. Every time we?ve been we?ve had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes plus and they?ve got our order wrong multiple times. Ithink they could screw up a glass of water. One of the worst that I?ve ever been to. Update October 2022 Just when I thoughtthey couldn?t suck anymore I stopped by for my wife to pick up 2 sweet teas and an ice cream cone. It took 8 minutes because thecashier spilled both drinks then I received a kids size ice cream cone. This joke of a Chick Fil A is still sorry

It is crazy how all other Chick-fil-A businesses run effectively and in a timely manner however every time I attempt to go to this location the line takes forever. Maybe if they get enough reviews something will be done about the wait. ???????????

I went last night and I paid with cash. (8 /29/22 at 8:15 pm) The lady who took my order was nice and polite. The girls at the window were rude. They gave me my name wrong. They didn't give me my change back. They talked amongst themselves the whole time(minus when they gave the wrong name). There were three girls at the window. When they gave me my food they didn't tell me byein anyway. It was honestly like I was at Bojangles or kfc instead of an establishment like Chick-fil-A. Fastfood places must bedesperate enough for employees to hire people like them.
