Firehouse Subs Elizabeth City

The food was amazing but the staff and the conversation in the dinning room was less than professional. Don't get me wrong we have eaten here several times and always loved it, but the staff and their talk in the open dining room area was less than professional, and made dining in to a point that we just left.

Clean location, polite and efficient customer service, and the food was delicious. I tried the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub for the first time and it was super yummy and hit the spot.

Customer service here is top notch. Eli always remembers my order and my name. Very friendly staff. I love coming here for lunch. The food is great and the staff are awesome. Great job everyone.

I usually have amazing service at every Firehouse Subs I go to. Today it was like none of the employees want to work. My online order was not ready when I got there. Was finally ready 10 minutes after it was supposed to be. There were 4 people working on the food line and I think they thought they were turtles as slow as they were moving. I got no sorry you had to wait or anything. Food was prepared wrong too. Asked for no green peppers and got green peppers. First time ever that my food has been wrong. It has probably been about 6 months or more since I've been in this particular store and boy has it changed.

I had a pepperoni pizza meatball sub and a cherry vanilla coke for lunch and it tasted good .
