Jersey Mike's Subs - Elizabeth City

That was the cleanest restaurant I have ever visited! I ordered a gluten-free sub roll, and they took great care to ensure it wasn’t contaminated with any gluten. They had a separate container with a gluten-free knife and even went to the back to get fresh salad and tomatoes that were kept away from gluten. The staff was continuously cleaning, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time at Jersey Mike's, and it certainly won’t be our last!

The service here is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic!

I had a fantastic experience with this team of employees today! We called ahead to place our order for pickup without any wait time, and everything went smoothly. When I arrived, there was a brief mix-up as the gentleman at the counter was confused and said, "I'm sorry, Ma'am, I don't see that order, and I was here last night." Fortunately, we hadn’t mistaken the sub shop! For my daughter's baby shower, I knew she would be thrilled with Jersey Mike's Subs. Despite the hustle and bustle, this team came together and prepared my order in under 15 minutes. They handled the crowd with grace and managed to fill other orders without showing any signs of stress. I also want to mention that two employees went out of their way to help me safely load my order into my car. They truly went above and beyond! This team is impressive, and the leader clearly knows how to motivate and manage them. We need more people like him!

Staff friendly, Subs are great, reminds me of home in NJ. Go there any chance we get.

Best meatball sub I've had and the staff is very friendly
