Chili's Grill - Elizabeth

My friend and I love grabbing a quick and easy meal at Chili's. Often, we stick to just soup and salad, or their "kini." However, if we have a few extra minutes, there are plenty of other great options to choose from. Don't forget that excellent fresh nachos and salsa come with every meal! I believe it's one of the reasons we keep heading south to dine at Chili's. The food is delicious and affordable, and it's conveniently located in the middle of so many of our favorite shops in the new addition to the Christiana Mall complex, right near the cinema entertainment center.

I sat down at 2:15, and it is now 3:09 and I still haven't been served. Two groups have been taken care of so far, and there are five more tables still waiting for their orders to be taken. The service has been abysmally poor and I feel neglected. I would not recommend this place. I’d be happy to answer any questions, but since I haven’t been served, I can’t provide any feedback. At 3:15, I’m still waiting.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress seemed to prioritize the Spanish-speaking guests while neglecting our food order. Additionally, they tried to push free drink refills on us. The atmosphere felt unprofessional, especially with the Spanish music playing. I won’t be returning.

The service at this place is terrible, but they do a lot of business because it is one of the only restaurants in jersey gardens. the service for lunch on a Saturday was not available; we had to make the manager aware of getting drinks and paying the bill. we only saw our server once. it would not be my first choice to dinate, but sitting restaurants with liquour are very few in the mall.

This is my go to whenever I go to Chilis this never misses its chicken on waffles but the waffles arent dry nor to hard to swallow.. they are coated with sweet glaze and the chicken comes with a Chipotle on top but you can always ask for it to be on the side :D (exactly what I do most of the time) fries come on the side with whatever choice of sauce. The service here is always quick and very attentive with making sure you have everything.
