Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I have gone there on multiple mornings and they never answer the drive-thru. It is obvious that there is someone inside who is bad for business. I will not be giving this Dunkin' Donuts my money again.
I haven't been back to Dunkin' since I was denied access to the restroom and told I had to pay $2 by the manager. I was not happy with the service and decided to try Krispy Kreme instead, where I found that their donuts are much tastier.
The staff had the radio on at full volume, making it impossible for us to stay inside the restaurant. It was incredibly loud, and they did not seem to be mindful of the customers. This was on August 1st at 7pm.
I recently visited a Dunkin' donuts location and had a great experience overall. The customer service was excellent and I enjoyed the food I ordered, although I felt it was a bit overpriced. The avocado toast could have been more toasted for my liking. However, this did not affect my rating as my experience was still positive. I spent 2-3 hours working before my flight using the guest wifi and had my food, coffee, and souvenir mug. Surprisingly, I was the only customer in the restaurant, which may be due to its location. I chose this particular Dunkin' because it was a short drive from the airport. I even paid for a donut using spare change and a gift card, which was accepted without any issue.
Worst Dunkin' ever service from the drive thru was horrible
