Thieves. try for a full $6 for two dishes over ice, the $3 at each location. it was not corrected. it is not about the price of its over the rude service and the refusal to do their work properly.

Love these dieucks and the workers, but the manager is not good for customer service here very rude. definitiw won't stop working again. they love all other works at this place.

I really enjoy the food and the staff here, but unfortunately, the manager has poor customer service skills and can be quite rude. I definitely won't be coming back again because of this. The rest of the team is great, though!

Zero contempt for allergies, asked to make a coffee with heel milk due to a milk allergy, and she used blatantly full milk and carmel choke without asking (which also contains milk) that is not the first time. they are not hygienic and use all the milk steamers for mandel and cocos milk as well as what they are trained against. tracie is rude and could not worry less about the customers nutritional needs or allergies.

Although this coffee shop is located inside a larger store (Safeway), where I usually anticipate a slower service, the staff here consistently impresses me with their quick drink preparation, even during busy times. They go the extra mile to ensure that all the surfaces in the café area are kept clean, which is something I really appreciate, especially during the pandemic. They also consistently wear face coverings, so I feel safe during my quick coffee stops. Kudos to the employees at this location—it's a delightful spot to grab a cup of coffee!
