I was informed that the app doesn’t work for this location, which seems a bit frustrating. I tried to redeem a points reward but it didn’t go through. I ended up feeling quite disappointed. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.

I had a frustrating experience with my order at this restaurant. They completely messed up my sandwiches; I received two sandwiches, but they switched the types of bread and forgot the ham. While it might not seem like a huge mistake, it's happened repeatedly. Additionally, there was barely any meat in the sandwiches. It's disappointing that something so simple can't be done correctly. Overall, I would rate the food and service as a 1 out of 5. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price per person was around $10 to $20.

I was in the mood for a late-night sandwich on June 25th and checked the restaurant's website, which stated it was open until 10 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM, only to find the place closed, with a sign on the door indicating revised hours for Sundays. It seems they meant a different time zone. It's no wonder businesses struggle when they don't stick to their promised hours. The first rule of business is to be available when you say you will. Overall, my experience was disappointing. This is not the first time that I have dealt with the older chunky lady at this subway. She is very unpleasant. Makes you feel like you are interrupting her day. Very rude. Has a stink face. Horrible customer service. If she is dressing your sandwich and you ask for a little more of something she gets rude. What is sad is this establishment continues to employ her. I know for a fact that she is not pleasant with anybody. My husband picked up sandwiches today May 19, 2023 around 2:30pm and dealt with her. Came home and told me his experience. Not to mention the sandwiches were empty... he said he had asked for more lettuce and she gave him a dirty look.
