Contribuisci feedbackWe order regularly and this absolutely unacceptable, even if we didn 't order all the time. No receipt to show if they changed the price, nothing was even said, by the store or the driver. Things like this are really disappointing. I didn 't want ahamburger, I wanted the sub with cheese. Would 've added a picture of the note that was left on my box, but there is no way toadd it to this. The note says sorry I made a HB not a sub. That was it. Picture was added to their pictures. Edited to add:Rico made it up to me. By the time I got to it, it was well after closing time and, I couldn 't call to have it fixed. Anyway,we talked its been taken care of and we will continue to order from Rico 's as we do like their food and service, we 've neverhad any major issues like this.
Everytime i order something from here they mess up my order. i only order from here cause they are the only ones that deliver out here. i wish they pay more attention to there online orders and do them rite. one time i got a smashed pizza i don't havesignal on my phone only wifi so I can't call them. my sister wasn't home so i could have her call them. one time they was out ofground beef and I didn't get my burger.
I just ate there, the food was absolutely delicious the staff are wonderful!!
We love Ricos! Easy online ordering and friendly staff churning out hot delicious pizza to feed the creek. Generous toppings, flavorful sauce, and a crust that holds up (doesn't get floppy/soggy).
We just had a couple miles on the AT. My fiance and I decided to pull in and our server her name is bacon the food was outstanding never had this experience before highly recommend atmosphere five stars.
