I visited the Corner Cafe a few months ago. My husband ordered hash browns to accompany his meal, but they were never delivered to our table. We're not the type to make a fuss, so we let it slide. When it came time to pay, my husband casually mentioned it to the woman at the register. Instead of addressing the issue, she went on about how some people try to avoid paying for their food and proceeded to charge us for the hash browns. We won’t be returning. It seems that local restaurants here focus mainly on catering to summer tourists, but once they leave, the locals are still present. If the businesses continue to treat their local customers this way, they won't last long.
