Domino's Pizza - Elizabethtown

I had a craving for Domino's and found the online ordering process to be quite simple. However, the delivery experience was frustrating. Initially, the first driver informed me that another driver had my order. When I called the store, they assured me that they had remade my order and sent it out again. The new delivery driver then called to say he was on his way, but I informed him that I hadn’t received anything. After another call to the store, an hour had passed since I placed my order for a pizza and a salad, and the staff member admitted she wasn't familiar with the area. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order and went to Subway instead. My suggestion for the delivery drivers is to familiarize themselves with the area, and for them to double-check their assigned orders. If I choose to order Domino's again, it may be a long time before I do.

I ordered five pizzas for pickup at Elizabethtown today after another location claimed they were too busy to take my order. When I arrived, my order was ready! Despite the hectic atmosphere, the staff took the time to greet me warmly and thank me for my order. It was clear that there was a positive vibe in the restaurant; the employees genuinely seemed to enjoy their work and appreciated each customer. Great job!

Austin is such a great pizza maker he is master of it. His service is out mind blowing. Never had any service and pizza like this before he made it so perfectly and so well ummm I loved it... thank you Austin.

Pizza was good and the guys working there were chill. Best of all was the chalk wall with first gen Pokemon.

As a regular at Domino's Pizza, I currently have a soft spot for the Pacific Veggie Specialty Pizza. Recently, I decided to try their Classic Garden Salad, and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a great mix of fresh ingredients and didn't include those hard, undesirable bits of wilted lettuce that often show up in pre-packaged salads from other establishments. Plus, the staff is always friendly, which adds to the enjoyable experience!
