Pizza Connection - Elizabethtown

Foods great. Service isn’t. Didn’t get my change back, was ignored when asked. Moved onto the people in line behind me when I was waiting for my change back. Cooks in back had no gloves on and would be biting their nails and then touching the sub bread to see if it was ready to come out.

I’ve tried calling 4 times in the past 2 weeks, no answer, no message that hours have changed, no message at all. No hours are posted, but the pic with hours on it says they are open 5-9. Guess I’ll quit trying and go to Giorgio’s again. Lol

Totally disappointed... As some other reviews have stated... It is a crew of teenagers who really are not concerned with quality. The owner was present when we ordered and waited for our food... He was very disconnected , was not friendly, and could've cared less what the teenagers were producing in the kitchen. The pizza and the bread sticks were not good. Save your money...

I was quite disappointed with our first experience at Pizza Connection. The pizza felt like wet cardboard—my kids, who usually love pizza, could barely eat it. The wings were undercooked and baked, which was surprising because most places fry their wings. Overall, the prices are far too high for the quality of food. I would recommend driving into town for better options at a lower cost. Also, the cheese breadsticks were incredibly hard—almost like a rock!

Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! It just keeps getting better with each passing year!
