Pizza Hut - Elizabethtown

Ordered pizza delivery on on-line app and left 20% tip on my credit card. Delivery arrived and driver complaining to my wife we ordered 6 pizzas and did not leave a tip. She felt pressured into giving an additional cash tip to what I already paid. Beyond sketchy and the last time I will ever eat from your establishment.

Food quality is hit or miss. Service is average. In store atmosphere is ok but more often than not at night there is a group of people both in uniform and not at or near the entry

We placed an order online and waited for our order which was 80 dollars never came never received a email or phone call letting us know our order was canceled. No reason as to why it was cancelled either. We went to the 1709 Dixie location the guy inside was rude and couldn’t understand why we would be upset at all then turned around and said we won’t get our money back for 48 hours. We still had 5 kids to feed and now it has been 2 hours very poor service. Very rude people work here do not recommend at all.

Food was terrible and overcooked..pasta was dry and overcooked. Wings was short 2.
