Our waitress was very friendly attentive apologetic for the inconvenience of waiting so long, I believe this was her 2nd week on the job she diid good!! the place needs a good scrubbing cleaning the music was loud could hear yelling screaming from kitchen back area all way out to dining area (over the music) the young guy bartending was hollering/cursing at other co-workers from back in a horse playing kinda way but still very disrespectful. Another young lady I’m assuming the manager (not sure just know she came from back wasn’t in a uniform so I dnt know) she just sat at end bar not doing anything about the situation playing on her phone they wonder why there losing their customers. Great food but horrible atmosphere customer experience you could see the distress aggravation on our waitress face as she was tryin to do her job but with co-workers like that No waitress/sever will benefit at this restaurant I doubt we”ll return it’s a shame to let a great restaurant be ruined by such bad management employees that act like that I don’t recommend dining in
Service was terrible, our to go order was incomplete and incorrect as well as 45 min late. It was almost impossible trying to speak with a staff member that knew what was going on in the kitchen. The salad bar looked like an 80 's truck stop restroom, nothing good was coming from the salad bar. I had the opportunity to see kitchen staff have a meltdown in the parking lot and then proceed to argue with what I presume to be some type of mgr. The entire experience was chaos and disappoiment. I did send an email to Ruby T 's Corporate detailing our experience explaining that we paid $67.05 for a dinner that was 45 min late, cold, incomplete, and incorrect. I have not received any communication from anyone about my families experience. It is almost like they are afraid to speak with an unsatisfied consumer. A clear sign that this company has little to no concern for their customers. Too bad this chain was a great place to eat at.
Very good Ruby Tuesday! Always great salad bar, we enjoyed the Ribeye Quesadilla! Best of all was our server Brandy! Excellent and caring service.Vegetarian options: Salad bar is excellent.
Should have walked right out when we saw how dirty the salad bar was. Food took an hour, came out wrong and looked horrible, pale undercooked fried, burnt grill scrape was included on our plates (gross). Staff was apologetic and did not charge us when we chose to refuse the food and went elsewhere. Very dirty and smelled bad.
After having a rough day of travel, it was a blessing to walk into Ruby Tuesday and their comfortable atmosphere. CHASTITY helped us choose just the right dinner to suit our needs, and the delicious food was served hot and quickly. CHASTITY was cheerfully attentive and turned the tough day into a very pleasant experience. Thanks CHASTITY!
