Starbucks - Elizabethtown

The people are great but there is no consistency to anything they make, it always tastes different. One day I’ll get an iced matcha with whole milk and it tastes as it does when i go to other Starbucks, the next day it tastes like I got watered down whole milk with green food coloring. And they have different standards among what it considered light or extra. If I asked for light ice one day then I’ll barely get anything but if I ask the next day then I’ll get the same as I usually would have.

Had to get my latte remade twice and it was still wrong. I even repeated my order at the window before it was remade the second time. The manger tried to make it seem like it was a problem that I wanted my order made right and was upset with it being done wrong twice. This is why I try not to go to this one. They always mess up orders and aren't friendly.

Love this place. Great coffee and very friendly workers.
