Young ladies who work hard and sometimes a're very slow. Sometimes hot sometimes not coffee. Stale, old tasting pastry. Rarely include napkins unless requested which is aggravating when you purchase food. Theyll charge you a dollar for a cup of water and ice. If they didn't have a drive-thru I don't think anyone would go there.
