Dunkin' - Elk Grove Village

The night shift prepares excellent cold brew. However, the morning shift on weekdays dilutes it to the point of being disappointing—it's more like water with just a hint of cold brew flavor.

This place is really disappointing. The iced tea tastes terrible; it seems like they never clean the container. Despite its convenient location, I won’t be returning.

We stopped by for some coffee and a dozen of donuts for our business meeting. Very quick and friendly service. Oh the place is cleaner than typical Dunkins.

Lately started getting my coffee from this location, always fresh day and night, and the people working in this location are nice and friendly, good job guys!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The customer service was top-notch; the staff helped me find a drink that was similar to my usual order at Starbucks and recommended the freshest donuts. They were incredibly kind and patient with us. The place was clean, and there were beautiful fresh flowers on the tables. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
