Dunkin' Donuts - Elk Grove Village

Very slow service, poor service, rude staff! Waited 10 minutes for staff to take order being the only person in store and only one person in drive thru!!

The staff here might be former Disney World employees, because they are always super friendly and happy! We love coming here. They always get our drinks right and the donuts are fresh no matter the time of day. I wish I had asked the most recent employeefor her name, because she deserves employee of the year! She was awesome! (To be continued because I?m going back to get hername) Thank you to all of the employees at this location. We appreciate you.

I visited the Dunkin' location at 700 E Huggins in Elk Grove yesterday to purchase four $15 gift cards as gifts. However, the gentleman at the counter informed me that I had to pay in cash. I was surprised and asked if this was a company policy, and he confirmed that it was. I ended up driving to a different Dunkin' location, where I had no issues getting the gift cards.

The person at the counter once gave my cousin and me a free doughnut back in 1993. Thank you so much; I’ll never forget it!

During my last three visits, my order was incorrect each time. The food is what you would expect from a typical Dunkin'.
