Fuji Sushi Buffet - Elk Grove

I was initially doubtful about a sushi restaurant that mass-produces sushi, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality here. You can also customize your roll if you prefer. If you like tuna, I highly recommend the "Spicy Charlie."

We ordered from Fuji Sushi to celebrate our anniversary, and it was incredible. We tried Combo A and a Titanic Roll, and everything was delicious. We also appreciate classic California rolls with real crab, and their version was flawless. A big thank you to everyone at Fuji Sushi and our DoorDash delivery driver. We highly recommend getting delivery from Fuji Sushi!

I absolutely love this place! If you don't see something on the boats, you can still order whatever you like. The shrimp is amazing!

Quality and Cost Efficient! The food was amazing but you should always order stuff from the sushi chef himself like the oysters or crab legs for dinner. Yum! One roll alone would cost you the amount it costs for the entrance. Dinner is $16 and lunch is $12. Just don't use the bathrooms... Eek!

A lot more of a selection than Davis and much larger than the Davis location. For like 12 bucks a person, all you can eat buffet, I'd say it's a good deal. Everone is friendly and best of all the sushi is bomb. I'll be returning very soon.
