Huckleberry's Breakfast And Lunch

Our server was Jaz again he's awesome. We decided on having breakfast. My husband ordered the Louisiana grilled Catfish scrambled eggs with veggies I decided to order the same which came with French bread. Oh my goodness the fish was cooked to perfection it was so good my husband ordered another grilled cat fish.We definitely will be back.

My food was not delicious but the service was great and the coffee was hot. My dining companion enjoyed their meal (both skillets). I prefer my eggs scrambled soft, next time I'll specify. My biscuit was tough. May have been reheated. Not much fixing to do there.

When we got here it was crowded and we were told it would be 35 minutes. Well, we ended up waiting 50 minutes. There were others asking about their tables also. I feel like there could be more efficiently in this area. The food was ok. The red potatoes were very good though.We went to Tower Cafe last week and there was a similar crowd, and we were seated much quicker and the whole thing was operated much more efficiently. I don’t know when we’ll be coming back.

For a weekday breakfast and not so busy, I feel that the server could have been more attentive to my party of three. We waited too long to order and too long for our bill. I've been here before and the same thing. Likely, I won't return. Don't order the Mississippi! It's too pricey for onions and potatoes.

Ryan is great! He made our experience happy and content. Food was good I enjoyed my mimosas and the new items. Staff and food definitely made our Sunday and would love to come back for more good service!
