Jamba Juice - Elk Grove

I appreciate the customer service reaching out. If you are unhappy with your drink they will remake ít for you. However, if the staff at the time doesn't make the drink well, remaking it won't help much.

I?ve actually encountered friendly staff here so far, all except for one. I went in today asking about a smoothie BOGO offer they have, I know the offer said smoothie but I wanted to ask if I could do one juice instead, so I did. Only for the worker tosay ?no? and then proceed to blatantly laugh at me as if I was stupid. Now I don?t think what I said was funny, if you don?t askthen you never know. Her name was Brielle I believe. Her attitude is not professional at all.

I work at a different Jamba Juice but always stop at this one because it is near my college. They are super sweet and fast and do their best to help make sure I get my drink the way I like it:

Use to be able to count on this location to be professional and a great experience. But today very slow as they didnt know how to use the register and kinda rude. My main reason for writting this though is that I saw Bry and (senior of some sort) tell anolder gentleman that they rang him up the wrong price and that they would have to ring him up again becouse what he originallypaid for was lesser then what they charged him. This is after his order is made and the older gentleman had to wait. The olderman didnt understand why as what he was given wasnt the right size to begin with and was later then what he ordered!!!! Howbackwards do you have to be. So next I saw Bry poor his drink in the smaller size and waste a cup, the 1 inch and half smoothie,and everyone's time for a 30 cent mistake they made and should have just handed to the man. If you make a mistake it's yourfault your lost

Fast very friendly service. The Strawberry Surf Rider is one of my go-to smoothies here. I like that they use real fruit sherbert. I also enjoy the reduced Wednesday special on Oatmeal w/two toppings. Oatmeal is quick filling from here. Anytimethe weather is nice warm, expect this place to have a line out the door.
