The prices and the quality and the service from the staff were all phenomenal. I haven't had a&w burgers in years, and this visit was fantastic. My wife and daughters will continue to come here for many more meals
Every time I've gone to this establishment they have forgotten something. Check your bag and make sure everything is inside before you leave. Such a hassle to have to go back to get your items that they have forgotten to give you. Now I have to spendGas and time. Which neither is free! Do better KFC.
Eight pieces of chicken over $30 ordered chicken strips instead they were double fried and old grease pretty much dry very small this is our third time coming there and the experience was terrible customer service was terrible as well upper management needsto step in and look at what's happening quality is terrible customer service is terrible
Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said thechildren are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I'd like to place anorder, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simplywalked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with thepublic. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you're not happy in your currentposition, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the insideservice and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn't exposedto the negative vibes. You just lost a long time loyal customer.
