Romano's Macaroni Grill Elk Grove

We ordered the unlimited soup and salad option with our entrees. The lobster bisque soup was delicious and served hot. However, after our soup, our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes before finally taking our salad order. When our entrees arrived, they were just okay, with the chicken scallopini being a bit rubbery. Even after we finished our entrees and asked for our salads, it took another 10 minutes for them to arrive, brought by a different waitress who was working in the bar area. We quickly packed up our leftovers and requested the bill. When we tried to pay with two $50 Macaroni Grill gift cards, only one worked. The waitress informed us that the other card wouldn't be accepted and suggested we use it at Chili's instead. In the end, we ended up spending an additional $25 out of pocket for what we felt was subpar service and mediocre food. As a result, we left a small tip and left feeling highly disappointed with our experience.

Went for Father's Day dinner. My Dad loves the Lasagna and I had a very good Chicken Parmesan. Service was pretty good considering how busy it got as time went on. We had a 5PM reservation, so we were earlier. Only thing we missed was the parmesan cheese server. But it was still good!

I hadn't been to Macaroni Grill in a while, but I recently visited and was impressed with both the food and service. The servers were friendly and attentive, and I would definitely return. The only drawback was the noise level.

Our server Navi was terrific and super attentive! The restaurant was flexible to change our reservation a half hour later. The food was delicious and we had a great time celebrating a birthday.

Flood cold and vastly overpriced. Pla he was in a box for hours. dried out. server didn't bring setups. no return trip for anything. $75 bucks for yuk.
