Smashburger - Elk Grove

I have been a fan of Smashburger for over 5 years. Recently, I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the restaurant. It was a busy day and there were many orders waiting to be prepared. Unfortunately, my order was delayed by 40 minutes, causing me to be late for a movie event. Additionally, my order was missing the onion rings, the components of my classic Smashburger were not all included, and one of my bacon avocado club sandwiches was replaced with a regular Smashburger. I only realized the mistakes once I had left the store and opened my order. However, when I contacted the restaurant two weeks later, they happily remade the missing items for me at no extra cost. Despite the initial mishaps, I was impressed with their customer service and will continue to support their business. I also recommend trying their delicious garlic fries and adding ketchup, ranch, or honey mustard to their burgers for added flavor.

I had a fantastic mushroom burger with a homemade bun at this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious!

The food was solid, a little pricey no tomatoes came on it just ketchup. But I wanna say the server who helped me yesterday was absolutely 6 star worthy. I've never seen someone take a job like this so seriously and make sure to be extra careful with food allergies. Literally carrying this place on his back lol.

My husband and I ate here today. We enjoyed hamburgers here a few years ago and since we were back in the area of Elk Grove, we thought we would try again. We ordered a single burger and Tater to share dead. Waiting for our food was too long for a fast food restaurant, my husband had to check for our order. When our hamburgers arrived, they looked a little pathetic. My husband's burger was smashed into almost a burned cheese crust. My bacon cheeseburger had a strange taste and texture, it was also done on the patty?s crust. The perpetrators were a small amount and tastefully oily. The food left a bad taste in my mouth for a while after eating. My husband said: It might not have been the worst burger/experience, but it was close.? Not worth the cost or long are we waiting won? not back.

Use here quite often to eat. Havent has been hers for several years. After all, we had the opportunity and we were thrilled as it was really good in the past. Not anymore. It was terrible. Firstly, the cashier states that it will take 20 minutes to restore the order. We agreed. Place was a mess. We have withdrawn our order and it has been understated. Smashburger was not smashed as before. Frues were really fat. Several others complained about raw meat. Manager says Koch, they're all raw and he has to cook them longer for everyone to hear. We didn't both complain when managers and another employee were overwhelmed. Never get back to this place.
