Ice Cream Peddler - Elk Rapids

The ice cream at this restaurant is of good quality, offered at a reasonable price, and the staff is friendly. What's not to love? It's a perfect spot to bring the kids.

I recently visited a charming ice cream parlor in Elk Rapids. The menu offers a wide variety of flavors, and I tried the sea salt caramel which was fantastic. The person I was with had the caramel and pecan flavor, which they described as perfect. The prices were reasonable for a tourist town, and I would give this place a total of 5 stars. I will definitely be returning.

The prices at this restaurant are high and the portions of ice cream are disappointingly small. The ice cream wasn't even filled to the top of the cone, and I had to break off some pieces of the cone before getting to the ice cream. I usually go out for ice cream with my grandchildren every week, and I have never received such a small portion before. I was hoping things would improve with the new owner, but it seems like the portions have only gotten smaller. I can't believe I paid $7 for such a small amount of ice cream. There are better value options available at other places in downtown Traverse City. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Wow! What a delight as summer begins! The homemade ice cream and fresh waffle cones at this charming town are excellent. Make sure to have cash on hand. Despite some reviewers mentioning the prices, we found them to be quite reasonable, especially compared to other well-known ice cream shops up north. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The ice cream at this charming little town near a park/beach by the water is absolutely delicious. Just make sure to swing by Huntington bank on River St off of 31 to get cash before heading there, as they only accept cash payments.
