Chipotle Mexican Grill - Elk River

They were out of chicken and white rice so I left without ordering.

This is the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. Honestly they get every order incorrect.

They charged me for extra corn and rice since when?

First, I want to give a special shout out to Lorena for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service! This location has really gotten back to being a good restaurant. I would not go here for a while but decided to give it another chance. I have been back multiple times and absolutely no complaints. Food was great!

This place is unsanitary. The employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom. I became violently ill from food poisoning after eating at this location. Also, the food is not properly refrigerated or stored from infestation.
