Diamond City Bread - Elk River

It was downstairs and it had a welcoming feel to it. The woman behind the counter was in her element, she looked and is a baker of these fabulous breads. ????

They have a good selection of breads and baked goods. The quality is high and consistent. I've been going her for almost 15 years and have never been disappointed. I generally bake my own bread, coming here is a real treat. The potica is especiallygood.

When in Stillwater I go to the market and get the builders 12 chalky bread..my absolutely charling bread.

Totally not what I expected but the bread is amazing!!!
