Little Caesars Pizza - Elk River

Had an online order, but due to an error on their system, my order was canceled, but I was charged. After they made several calls to try to solve this, they only told my credit card company to call. Little Caesar's is one of the most incompetent companies I've ever done with. I'll never do business with this company again.

Children who have no work ethics. Wouldn't let the phone pick up anything yet so they can keep doing what they wanted and don't have to hear it. We didn't want to play these games, so we went in and, of course, they all sat around and did nothing before us. Then we were told that they did not make orders and only hot and ready during laughing. It cost our business elsewhere.

There was a friend. Both ordered a pizza and I ordered crazy bread. They never gave me the crazy bread and their phone number does not work to contact them. Very disappointed.

There are grubs in the kitchen of this restaurant. Management doesn't do anything about it and works? around them and give to customers

This location never has hot&ready pizzas actually prepared during their advertised hours. Once you do place your order they are actually slower than any other pizza chain I've been to. Just this location.
