Off The Rail Cafe - Elkhart Lake

This charming little café features delightful cucumbers. We ordered coffee drinks, soups, and sandwiches, and everything was fantastic! It gets quite busy during lunch, so I suggest arriving early or placing an order ahead of time. The staff here truly knows their craft; even with a large lunch order, they managed to serve our food promptly. They also provided excellent recommendations from the menu! This café is truly a gem in Elkhart Lake, and I’m so glad we visited!

This isn't just the best sandwich in Elkhart Lake; it's the best sandwich I've had outside of Chicago. The staff is very friendly and no-nonsense, and the atmosphere is enjoyable for everyone. The tortilla soup was fantastic, and the tuna melt was superb. They even allowed the kids to order hot dogs with Goldfish if you request it. Seriously, stop joking around and try this food!

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food and drinks are delicious, and the staff is wonderful! I came back two days in a row because my first experience was so amazing. I had lunch one day and then tried their breakfast the next morning, and both meals were outstanding. The interior is truly unique, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for this quaint little town. I hope to visit again soon! I really enjoy the warm vibes of small towns!

A nice little place with the nicest staff. And don't forget the food and drinks! We got the Trolley and a Caffé Mocha and were not disappointed. The Pecan Piere Bar was also delicious. If we ever drive nearby, we'll be sure to stop again.
