Hardee’s - Elkhart

The food was good once I received it. No customers inside of store when I pulled into the drive-thru. One car in front of me but took at least 10 minutes before I received my food. Exiting the establishment by drive-thru is a little weird when they make you go back around the store to exit.

Ate there last Saturday for lunch. My burger was cold, the meat was cold. Tomatoes tasted like cardboard. My wife's hot ham and cheese, tasted gross, like packaging. Plastic. Left an aftertaste. Never again. The service was good, as far as the person taking the order and the young lady who brought it out. The atmosphere was decent and clean. Just the food was horrible.

I do not recommend using the google ordering. I expected it would be faster to order ahead, and I ordered two meals, but it wasn't ready when I got there which was after the stated pick up time. And I should have checked before I left, because they doubled the (cheaper) half of my order and I didn't get the sandwich and drink I payed for. It wasn't worth it for me to drive all the way back over, but I'm very disappointed.

The person that took the order was impolite they also got our order wrong... The food tasted fine though to me

It was disgusting there was no lettuce in my burger, and my dad went to the hospital because of it. It is the nastiest place that I have ever went to, my dad had to spend 20 dollars on a disgusting burger. The burgers aren’t good at all, I wouldn’t recommend going there ever again.
