Mcdonald's - Elkhart

I understand why this place has so many star reviews. the service is slow! don't go here. eating is cold and they wait minutes in the drive thru

This device needs management and she needs it now! as one of the few places that are open late in the night, they tend to work quickly. for the third time that I was there, there are only people in the building. the workers do what they can and do a good work, but they can say clearly as day that business has to board and do somthing about it, it takes a hr for cars to drive through, people in the drive forces are always impatient jumping the curbs with there cars almost meet other and create uncertain conditions I don't my order, the poor workers are there schowning!

Waits for an hour for a shaking and pommes while we remained quiet the workers were absolutely rude! we ordered for internal pick-up, but the doors were locked. when we reach the window, my friend shows the staff the reception on his phone, we get the fries and when he is thrown into his face after the shake. Finally they give us the shaking who was ordered. but both the woman and the type were rude. I understand the frustration with a packed line, but this is unacceptable behavior to go against the customers. worst experience with almost food. this place has to set up their act and hire people who can act professionally that cannot get rid of.

Like most mcdonald’s now, this is extremely understated. the employees seem to run constantly to meet all the needs. they did really well with our order and the food was delicious.

I am picky about which mcds I go to and this is one of the cleanest and friendliest ones I've been to! Super nice staff and they dont always have you pull forwards like most other mcds. Dont get me wrong they do it occasionally but not every single time. I hate that about other mcds bc they pull you forward and then clear your order and forget about you. But not this one.
