Mcdonald's - Elkins

My enkel went 3 times to the mcdonald’s in elkins to get food. he ordered me a bacon egg bite. they know the difference between speck and don't throw. the people of mcdonald have nothing right. I hope all mcdonalds are better than these. I only rated them because they had no zero. I'd give them a 10 for the worst.

This was my first visit to her location and was so disappointed by the service I will never come back or recommend. the customer service was terrible. I was there on 8/15/22 @10:36 clock. I took my grandchildren for the dollar menu, just to say the dollar menu, I would be available for lunch menu. but the menu reflects a dollar menu so that I don't understand so I ended spending $16 instead of $6 the customer service was terrible I am so disappointed.

I absolutely love McDonald's on Wedington because the staff are always friendly and understanding. Of course, everyone has their off days, so there might be a few bad experiences here and there. But overall, this location is one of my favorites.

Clean, friendly and decent eating. there is not much to say because it is mcdonalds and most of them are the same to me. the only thing that changes is the friendliness of men and they are great here

I typically do not leave negative reviews unless I experience consistently poor service over multiple visits. Unfortunately, my last five trips to this restaurant have all resulted in incorrect orders. The final straw was when they couldn't even get a simple order of sweet tea without ice correct. Despite clearly specifying my request on the screen and receipt, I was given a drink with so much ice that I had only 10 ounces of actual sweet tea. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of attention to detail and will not be returning to this location.
