Contribuisci feedbackYesterday (November 18, 2021), I ordered a Power Menu Bowl along with a few other items for lunch. The service was good, and the food was satisfactory, but I encountered a problem when I went to grab a fork—there were none available. I asked the cashier for assistance, and she went to check for a fork. On her way back, she inquired with the manager about where the forks were. The manager simply replied that they only had knives and didn't even look in my direction. I asked her how I was supposed to eat a Power Bowl, but she didn't respond at all! The cashier apologized for the inconvenience. I ended up retrieving my keys and checked my glove compartment for a fork. I found one, went back inside, and ate my meal. The cashier eventually came to my table to apologize again, but the manager never acknowledged us. It seems that she could benefit from training on how to handle situations like this and how to better support her staff. Perhaps they should post a notice indicating that there is no silverware available, or consider buying some from Walmart!
