Beam House - Elkland

I am so HEATED right now!! My wife Regina Section and I have been going to a local bar in Elkland called Beam House Elkland for the last 8 years. I have always liked the bar and had a good time and experience except for today. I went in this evening to buy a pack of Bud Light pounders (like I always do). When I walked in to make my order the bartender took my ID and examined it for about 10 mins. First just by looking at it and then under one of those fake ID lights. She even had another patron at the bar examine my license. (the same ID I always show) then she returned to me gave me back my ID and denied me service. I was like are you KIDDING me right now!! I have been coming here for the last 8 years. Every time I returned from deployment this is one of the spots my wife and I would always choose to hangout on a Friday or Saturday. She still denied me service. I then pulled out my military ID and even my VA ID. Still no service. She then referred me to another bar instead. As a Veteran and loyal patron of this bar. I feel highly disrespected and disappointed in this place. So for now on I will take her advice. And never return to this bar again. If you can't recognize loyal patrons when they return, then we will not come back at all. For the record I am turning 31 years old this year.
