Waited nearly 3 hours for a delivery order. Their excuse was they lost a driver. I’m assuming the working conditions are terrible at this store based on the other reviews I’m reading. It starts with the management and it seems like this store is not being managed properly.
My order came out perfect. Everything tasted great and there were no mistakes.
3 hours from time of order to time of delivery and actually over 3 hours. The food was cool, but at least it was correct… this time. I know it’s not necessary the drivers fault but he had lots of excuses for why it took so long. I think domino’s company needs to look into this store.
I just had the worst experience ever on the 7th of December. I preordered 6 pizzas for my sons class on the 6th. I scheduled pick up for 1030 am for the 7th. I get there at 1020a, and they are closed!? I go back to my truck and see the delivery driver going in the back door. I called and he answers. I say I have a pick up for 1030 what are the chances of getting it. He says highly unlikely . I said this is for my sons birthday lunch with his class in school!? which is in 30min! He says well the manager never showed up so dont know what to tell you. I 'll try...Long story short I went in 10 min later and he hadnt even started the pizzas. So I had to buy chicken strips and fries. Which worked out thanks to the amazing manager at shell that could see how upset I was. It was the worst customer service ever.I tried calling coorporate. And you have to email or text to get a case. Then someone will call back. I still have not received a call.Terrible customer service!
