I had a great time at the restaurant on October 9th and the food was excellent. The cocktail hour featured creative and tasty starters. The hot and varied butler hors d'oeuvres were a highlight. The dinner enticed us with a cauliflower dish and a delicious dessert. Thank you, Judy.

I was so lucky to find Eriksson and his team! After months of trying (and failing) to get quotes/contracts from other local restaurants/caterers for my “micro wedding” in North East, MD I found Hill Culinary and they saved the day.Eriksson is a true professional responsive, considerate, communicative, and a fantastic chef. We asked for the food to be delivered cold and Eriksson was thoughtful enough to include reheating instructions! The food was delivered on time, reheated perfectly, and was most importantly delicious. I highly recommend the salmon, raw oysters, crab cakes, and Brussel sprouts they were a hit with our families!

Absolutely fantastic! We just discovered Hill about 4 weeks ago and have been back twice. All of the dishes and drinks we have tried are amazing. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!

We had a fantastic experience at Hill Culinary during our visit to Chateau Bu De on 10/9/21. All of our guests were extremely impressed with the exceptional food and excellent service. The owner, Eriksson, created a series of culturally-oriented dishes for us, including Spanish rice, fried pork, and empanadas, after studying and perfecting their recipes. Our guests were also given a choice between crabcakes and braised short ribs served over creamy polenta, both of which were highly praised as the best they had ever had at a restaurant. Hill Culinary exceeded our expectations and made our special day absolutely perfect. We will definitely be using them for all of our future events.
