Sonic Drive-in - Elkton

So I went to the menu and pressed the button to get my big OZEAN WASSER... the best drink on the planet! The voice said I'm sorry, just drive... I asked her if I could just order a big OCEAN WASSER and got no answer, so I went away defeated. But before I was halfway to the sidewalk, I heard that the voice said, sir was that you were trying to order? I told her what I wanted and she said no problem, I'm back at your OCEAN WATER... So I decided to give her $5.00 and keep her the change... but it's better... I was told to keep the money and have a great night!!! When I left WINNING this time, I told her I would do a review for Google cards and tell everyone how great she is.... Ariana said her name is and I want everyone who sees this post to let Sonic know that Ariana is the absolute best!!!

WOULD DO A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF ABLE TO Went there tonight after doing an mobile order, parked and waited for over 40 minutes with no food. Then come to find out they canceled my order for no reason while I was there, and then once I reach out to them they say we are closed, can 't help but did you get the 2 kids meals and proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow to get my food and they can 't refund me my money So now im out of money and dont have my food.Super unacceptable and the staff was rude as hell. Night shift team needs better training with customer service

So disappointed! We haven 't been here for a couple years, but took the kids because they love the roller skating servers and having the food delivered to the car. We pulled up and had to ring the buzzer 3 times (waited about 3 min in between rings) to get an answer. The girl was very short and snippy with us (it was NOT busy at all). The screen was broken so you couldn 't see your order or pay carside. We ordered and it took about 15 min to get our food brought out. The girl walked out (no roller skates on anyone) and shoved the food though the window. When I explained that I hadn 't been able to pay carside, she said, Duh , snatched the card and sauntered back inside. Our food was room temp at best. I got the cheesy tots and not only were the tots cold, but the cheese was congealed. Kids liked their burgers well enough, but said it wasn 't good enough to want to return. Overall, very disappointed and will not return.

This was our 4th and final trip. All 4 trips our food wasn't made right. The last trip my wife ordered a breakfast bacon egg and cheese on Texan toast. Not sure the exact name. Well it came as a hamburger patty, cheese, raw bacon, lettuce tomato, pickle and ketchup. Not one thing was right except the toast. I ordered the bacon on bacon burger ketchup only. The boy said he didn't know how to put it in as ketchup only but he would tell them verbally. Well that was wrong too. Lucky thing I checked because I can't eat mayonnaise. I get sick. This had a ton of mayo, lettuce, pickle. No ketchup, and that was the only thing I wanted on it. I took mine back because I checked it. We got all the way to North East and notice her sandwich was as described above. Usually they are nice, but that last 2x there the workers were sitting on the counters and doing nothing and the girl was rude. Two diff girls, two diff trips. No thank you, your welcome, welcome to sonic, nothing. Hey can I take your order? Ok pull up to the window. We are as polite as we can be. Stay far away after 5pm. Lazy and rude, and somehow can't get sandwiches correct.

Got a clue coconut slushy. Left it out while I packed and came back to it being melted and black stuff floating in it. Do better sonic
