Take a look at any dessert you receive from this truck; we ordered two tres leche cakes that both smelled very off and had clear signs of mold (see photo). Nacho chips were stale and used liquid cheese in place of fresh, which was disappointing. Our tacos were a little dry, but the almbras dish was good. Sauces were great! It could have been an off day, but we will look elsewhere for our next taco truck visit.

I love Nachos from la Cabana. It’s the best I have had in Elkton. I normally get Chicken Nachos.. oh with everything on it. Try it out you will not regret it.

The tacos were dry! And no seasoning was added to them. Their tacos are the only thing I usually get, but this time around not sure what happened. However, while the meat was lacking in flavor and dry, the tacos were abundant and I was filled up quickly. I love that it’s not just tortillas and a little bit of meat.

There was no meat in the carnitas tacos. It was all pork fat.
