Brix Wine Bar Restaurant - Ellensburg

This restaurant is a very laid-back and cool spot with excellent food options. They offer a wonderful selection of local spirits and other drinks. The staff is attentive and efficient. It is a great place for a meal, whether for lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable, around $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the BBQ Chicken Pizza, The Veg Head Cauliflower Crust, and the Brix Campfire Cake.

This is my preferred dinner spot in Ellensburg. I adore the gourmet pizzas and side salads.

The service was excellent, but the pizza was disappointing. It had a taste similar to a generic store-bought crust and was burnt on top. Overall, the dining experience was rated as a dinner meal, with prices ranging from $20–30 per person. The food received a score of 1, while the service and atmosphere were rated as 4 and 3, respectively.

I recently visited this fantastic restaurant bar and was completely impressed by the amazing food and flavors. The portions were generous and the service was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. The dessert menu also looked very tempting.
