I love Jimmy John's, especially this place. I come to Ellensburg a few times a month to get JJ's is my reward. Your staff is friendly and simply totally ingenious every time I come in. Even if I have questions, they are knowledgeable and never make me feel like a pain. The food is also great, and it has been perfect without mistake EVERY SINGLE TIME (take that, McDonald's!

I liked JJ about Subway, but something changed. I have a sandwich here for three years. Your bread used to be much better. It seemed better processed today. The tuna salad portion was harmful. On the line they advertised half of the second sandwich. The person who took our order refused. I know I don't eat often, but I feel like I lost a friend!

You made me a delicious sandwich. My only handle is that the parking lot is tiny and only the drive thru is open. Do you order the app and wait in the line??
