Many ice options. Cookies and shakes. Adequate price compared to other places. Small cups were about $4 and medium cups $7. Ice cream was delicious

A milkshake had collapsed because my child had to have one and yes, it was a good milkshake. but the huffing and puffing, the eye rolling, and commented under his breath of the guy who does it, was enough that I never come back. we asked him if everything was in order, and he said: “Yes, milkshake is my cryptonite.” Maybe someone has to find another job. $20 for two milkshakes, in an ice-shop. I hate to take you out.

Everyone was very friendly at this Hersheys location! Caitlyn just helped me and she was great and helped me figure out what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!

The girl who helped us was very nice. Great customer service here. Many flavors to choose from. My daughter loves going here to get ice cream everytime we visit the Outlet Mall. The ice cream is delicious.
