Mcdonald's - Ellenwood

This location lacks leadership! The manager on duty, named Shun (with blue lashes), does not provide any customer service and is not friendly toward guests. The staff is not attentive, and there are inappropriate conversations happening among the crew about partying, making it difficult to hear customers' orders due to the loud music. Additionally, DoorDash orders take 15 minutes or longer to prepare, and sometimes the system is offline! Service: Delivery.

The experience was disappointing across the board. It's clear that the restaurant requires better management to improve the quality of food, service, and ambiance.

I strongly advise against visiting this McDonald's, as they do not compensate their employees fairly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I should've taken pictures. This is twice in one day, really unexpected and unbelievable. McDonald's is a mere reflection of what's happening to our youth, our economy, and this nation. A way in which a ruler can bring misfortune to an army is to command it to advance ignorant to the fact that it cannot obey. This is called hubling the army. -Sun Tzu. My first trip to a McDonald's on route to Atlanta and order a double quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and tomato. And i get ONE quarter pounder with lettuce and tomatoes. I wasnt surprised, the place was a mess. It was 12:00pm. Probly understaffed. THE BUILDING was nice. SORT OF clean. Every place is understaffed so service absent and irrelevant. They were busy with the drive thru so I ordered on the kiosk. Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken. It has lettuce and tomatoes. I added another Crispy chicken. I get my order and get Crispy Chicken and spicy sauce on a bun. No lettuce, tomatoes or the extra chicken. I refunded all of the above. A drink is a dollar. Refill it as many times as you want. So many menu items are worth pennies on the dollar. McDonald's you can raise your profits on those menu items by 50-120% idk. Wouldn't surprise me if even more. But I'm sure theres a limit. What loses you cant cover you make up giving minimum wage and thats seen in every location. Who ever the store and/or general managers are you're doing a fine job. Training, coaching and honing your employees to provide the most successful McDonald's stores in the area. You're stumbl--stepping stones for their futures and their careers.
