Always some kinda problem with this location, today they're only accepting cash. So mismanaged. Over-priced chicken. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been in this location twice and both times the manager was being very loud and negative, just expressing her frustrations out loud so everyone could be aware she was frustrated. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be a leader Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location never gets it right. They never have enough of anything. The service is always lackadaisical. My order is never correct. I asked for spicey wings just to get home and they were mild. I specifically asked if they had spicy wings and was lied to. Every single time I come, they are out of something. The management here is lacking badly. Ellenwood is a nice area near Anvil and this location keeps disappointing me. Each time I go to stockbridge on sr42 they are much bussier yet the quality and management gets it right. Take a page from their book.

I don’t know how this location is in operation! Food score needs to be checked asap. I might even report them for inspection. They have gave me old food twice. I will not be returning they should be ashamed! Old shrimp one for me one for my daughter for dinner! Second time, they ran out of blackened tenders and decided that would just give me fried! They tasted freezer burned. Price per person: $20–30

With the way customer service is nowadays you have to be happy when you run it!! The gentleman Lamarkist was real playa type for real he was just being above and being to me and a few more truckers in there... Great with up sales promotion and even informational and had a wonderful cologne on!! can't stop there it was a young kid working his behind off taking orders and making boxes it was a real cool vibe in there.. anytime I'm in the area this where I'll fall thru..
